The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care services in England, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and effectiveness standards. They inspect different practices, then rate them and take action if care isn’t good enough.
Complaints process
We recognise that complaints are opportunities to improve, so we ensure there are several ways for our clients to raise issues:
-
Keyworker sessions with support staff (every month)
-
Easy read forms to fill in
-
Simply talking to support staff or the leadership team
-
Via emails or letters.
