Who are GK Lettings?
Kit Care Ltd works solely with GK Lettings Derby Ltd, it is owned and run by Karen Kennedy, but they are two separate businesses. GK Lettings Derby Ltd owns the buildings and is therefore the landlord. All Service Users have their own tenancy agreement from GK Lettings Derby Ltd, which gives them the same rights as any other Tenant. ​
​GK Lettings Derby Ltd have maintenance staff that ensure everywhere is safe and any repairs are fixed or replaced as soon as practicable. They oversee that all certificates and legal requirements are up to date, and these are all shown to the service users at the time they sign their agreement and are available to be viewed at any time whilst they are living with us.

The rooms that the service user rents from GK Lettings Derby Ltd is their own for the duration of the contract, and within reason can be decorated how the service user sees fit. We are happy to provide furniture but can also accommodate your own personal furniture if you wish.

A seven bedroom property, all bedrooms being ensuite. A large dining kitchen and living room with a courtyard garden.
Isobel House
Alvaston
A nine bedroom property, all bedrooms being ensuite. Including two self-contained flats, a large dining kitchen , a smaller additional kitchen, a living room, and a large back garden.
